Treatment by means of "bypass filtration"
In this process, oil-water phases are separated and deposits are removed and cleaned by filtration. The result is a clean product that is suitable for direct reuse.
Recycling & disposal
We handle the processing and disposal of your used oils and emulsions in collaboration with our sister company, Südöl Recycling GmbH. Through analysis, the joint establishment of criteria, and the subsequent processing of your used oils, we can help you significantly reduce the costs that would otherwise be incurred for disposal and the purchase of new oils.

LABUS Service Portal and Service App
LABUS integrates your lubricant management into the digital working world.
This system can be used to record all machine data and all process-relevant master data. The process data can then be used to document and evaluate all activities carried out (including TRGS 611 measurements, service activities and article bookings).
It is also a smart laboratory analysis system with which lubricant samples can be managed digitally quickly, easily and flexibly. Equipped with simple functions, LABUS is mobile and can be operated via the web and is expandable.

Filter management
With our extensive product portfolio in the field of filtration of liquid media (oils, cooling lubricants, etc.), we offer you the appropriate filter options for your specific requirements.
Filter fleece
Filter fleeces are used for cleaning cooling lubricants, low-viscosity oils, washing liquids and other low-viscosity liquids.
During machining processes (grinding, milling, turning, drilling and honing), optimum filtration is absolutely essential in order to separate solids and residues from the liquids.
Depending on the flow rate, particle size, viscosity and degree of purity required, different types of filter fleece are used. We are happy to offer you a filter fleece that meets your individual requirements.

With the Extension Module 2.3, Zeller+Gmelin offers an innovative solution for the automation of cooling lubricant supply. The stationary device monitors the tank level precisely and ensures that it remains virtually constant at the target level by means of automated refilling. The tank is filled with ready-mixed emulsion, which ensures consistent quality and optimum supply to the system.
