Top performance meets economy with the new Multicut Ultra SE cutting oil range

With Multicut Ultra SE 10, 15 and 20, the proven Multicut Ultra series is being technologically enhanced and combines significantly improved features with an attractive price.

The aim of the development team was to surpass the performance, reliability and flexibility of the previous products – and they have succeeded. The new SE series impresses with even greater process reliability, excellent thermal load capacity and significantly improved oxidation stability, made possible by the use of state-of-the-art HC base oils.

Multicut Ultra SE also sets standards in terms of sustainability and future-proofing. The zinc-free formulation already meets future regulatory requirements, reduces risks in the disposal process and ensures increased occupational safety thanks to its high flash points.

A newly designed additive package guarantees outstanding wear protection even in the most demanding processes such as broaching, deep-hole drilling or thread cutting. As there are no adhering additives, components are also particularly easy to clean after machining. The exceptionally high non-ferrous metal compatibility ensures maximum material diversity without risk – a decisive advantage for contract manufacturers with changing requirements.

This fulfills the performance promise of the Multicut Ultra series – “All processes. All materials.” – consistently taken further.

Dr. Irene Kreitmeir, Product Manager at Zeller+Gmelin, emphasizes: “In a market environment characterized by high price pressure and increasing demands for flexibility, manufacturing companies need process media that are reliable, versatile and future-proof. We are addressing this need and creating a modern, multifunctional solution with Multicut Ultra SE in line with the proven philosophy of ‘all processes, all materials’. Our customers benefit from even greater process reliability, outstanding performance and an impressive range of materials.”
