The release agents from Zeller+Gmelin have proven themselves in the production of wood-based materials and reliably prevent adhesion to the pressing belts/sheets and the conveyor belt. You can apply our release agents with your spray, rotary or roller systems. In addition, there is close cooperation with application device and mold belt manufacturers.
Rotor application
We have received approvals for the rotor application system from WEKO Weitmann & Konrad GmbH & Co. KG for the following products:

Roller application
The development company of Westland Gummiwerke GmbH & Co. KG has confirmed the media resistance of the following release agents in accordance with DIN 53521:
- Multiboard Strand 2100
- Multiboard Strand 2300
The test results certify low to moderate swelling and interaction between the named media and the tested elastomer materials.
