The lubricants from Zeller + Gmelin support the production of steel cord and hose wire thanks to the excellent performance characteristics of the drawing agent concentrates. The lubricating performance enables a long service life of the drawing tools and thus reduces downtimes.
The very good emulsion service life reduces downtime and ensures long-lasting clean drawing machines. Steel wires drawn with Multidraw have very good rubber adhesion. The usual tensile strengths can be drawn and stranded with an additional lubricant.
