Today, the modern production of single and double jersey knitwear is carried out on mechanical and electronic large circular knitting machines. In addition, high-system machines produce jacquard and interlock fabrics. The large number of needles, which form stitches with very high precision, results in a homogeneous knitting pattern. This manufacturing process is used for undershirts, T-shirts, mattress covers and technical textiles such as loudspeaker covers and headliners.
Our Textole reliably prevents wear, which keeps the temperatures on the cylinder low. The good washability of our product enables high process reliability in downstream processes such as finishing and dyeing.
