Toracur LED W580
The stable UV LED ink series for waterless offset printing
Waterless offset printing is often used for the production of labels and packaging on various substrates. Special printing plates are used here, which differ significantly from water-based offset printing.
The waterless offset printing plates have an ink-repellent silicone layer on the surface, which has a low surface tension. The underlying layer accepts color and is therefore a printing component. This keeps the dot gain extremely low and there are no fluctuations during the entire printing process. These properties are enhanced by Toracur W580 and lead to a high-quality print result. Toracur W580 can be easily cured with all types of UV, whether LED-UV, UV-Hg or H-UV.

ESALUX E4
New generation of electron beam curing (ESH) offset printing inks for label and packaging printing
With the ESALUX E4 ink series, a new generation of electron beam curing (ESH) offset printing inks has been created especially for the production of packaging materials.
ESALUX E4 inks can be used universally on a wide range of paper and film materials. The main advantages of ESH technology are consistent dryer performance, regardless of the color shade, coating thickness or substrate used, very low heating of the substrate materials and low energy consumption.
Inks in the ESALUX E4 series contain no photoinitiators, have excellent odor and migration properties and have been formulated for use on food packaging and odor-sensitive products.
