Application
Due to the high content of polar additives as well as EP-additives Zubora 57 H Ultra can also be used for difficult machining operations. Due to the innovative formulation a high process security can be guaranteed.
It is suitable for machining of many materials from normal to hardened steel grades, aluminium or cast iron materials.
Zubora 57 H Ultra is designed for use in hard water and shows special foaming characteristics with prepared water quality of more than 12° dH.
Recommended hardness of the preparation water: 12 to 24° dH (210 – 430 ppm CaCO3).
