Zubora 35 H Ultra

Thanks to the selection of highly effective EP additives, Zubora 35 H Ultra can be used for the most difficult machining processes. The product is suitable for machining steel, cast iron and aluminum. Zubora 35 H Ultra is also suitable for machining sensitive aluminum alloys such as AL 2024
and AL 7075. Thanks to a special formulation, Zubora 35 H Ultra is particularly stable over the long term.

EP additives significantly extend tool life and enable machining at high cutting speeds. This ensures a high degree of process reliability even during very challenging machining operations. This advantage guarantees a high degree of flexibility in a wide variety of machining processes, particularly on central machining lines and machining centers.

The required application concentration depends on the severity of the machining and the materials to be machined.

12 to 24° dH (210 – 430 ppm _CaCO3).
