Application
Zubora 30 Extra
is ideal for the most difficult machining operations (e.g. reaming, sawing, plunge drilling, thread cutting) on cast iron and steel as well as particularly sensitive aluminum alloys.
When machining aluminum alloys, the use of Zubora 30 Extra guarantees high cutting performance with low tool wear.
Surface roughness of less than 3 μ can be achieved.
Recommended hardness range of the preparation water:
4 to 24° dH (70 – 430 ppm CaCO3).
