Application
Zubora 30 Extra is excellently suited for most difficult metal cutting processes (e. g. reaming, sawing, puncture drilling, thread cutting) involving cast iron and steel as well as particularly sensitive aluminium alloys.
When machining aluminium alloys, the use of Zubora 30 Extra guarantees high cutting efficiency with low tool wear at the same time. A surface roughness below 3 μ can be achieved.
Recommended hardness of the preparation water: 4 to 24° dH (70 – 430 ppm CaCO3).
