Application
Textol WX ISO 22 is a needle and plate oil designed for use on modern large-scale circular knitting machines (single- and double-cylinder machines). Thanks to its excellent lubricating properties, it significantly extends the service life of needles, plates, and lock components.
Textol WX ISO 22 It is ideally suited for highly precise application using pump and spray lubrication systems.
Textol WX ISO 22 It lubricates even at extreme temperatures to prevent the occurrence of so-called “seizing.”
During the development of this needle and plate oil, special attention was paid to its washability in subsequent processing stages. Thus, even with low surfactant concentrations and short treatment times, excellent washing results can be achieved with “Textol WX ISO 22.” This minimizes disruptions in subsequent dyeing and finishing processes.
