Specification
Textol TS ISO 32 meets all requirements according to DIN 62 136-1 for neelde and sinker oils based on mineral oil.
Raw material verified by ECOCERT GREENLIFE, conform to the GOTS Standard 7.0.
Application
Textol TS ISO 32 is a semi-synthetic needle and sinker oil for high-speed circular knitting machines with higher thermal and mechanical loads as well as gauges > E 40. Especially for use on Jacquard machines.
Due to its high viscosity index the product is less affected by temperature-related viscosity variations. Thus, an easy start-up of the cold machine and a reliable lubrication even with higher working temperatures are ensured.
Textol TS ISO 32 lubricates even at peak temperatures, with no occurrence of so-called seizures. Due to the synthetic components the friction forces in the machines are being reduced and the temperature is lowered, which contributes to a prolongation of lifetime of needles and sinkers.
Textol TS ISO 32 is perfect for precise application using pump and spray lubrication systems.
