Multicut Ultra 7

Due to special high-performance additives Multicut Ultra 7 is especially suitable for deep-hole drilling operations with a diameter < 1mm and bigger 150 D. It can be used for many cutting operations of free cutting mild steels, case-hardened and tempering steels, high-alloyed rust and acid resistant steels as well as for non-ferrous heavy metals and light alloys. Working processes, e. g. turning, milling, drilling, broaching but also thread cutting can be handled without any difficulty. Very good results are achieved especially in chip removing processes of titanium alloys of any kind. In many cases chlorine containing products can be substituted by Multicut Ultra 7. The low viscosity guarantees a high rinsing and cooling effect.
