Application
Multicut Tibo 10
is especially suitable for deep hole drilling according to all deep hole drilling methods for medium to high requirements. The product can be used wherever a high-alloy, low-viscosity oil is required for machining hard materials. It is also suitable for machining aluminum.
Multicut Tibo 10 guarantees long tool life and high surface quality.
Multicut Tibo 10 is used, for example, in tooth flank machining for tooth flank scraping. The product has also proven itself in tapping and thread forming. Another area of application is HSC machining (high-speed cutting) of high-alloy steels. It is also conditionally suitable for free-cutting steel.
In many cases, products containing chlorine can be Multicut Tibo 10 in many cases.
The product is not suitable for non-ferrous metals.
