Application
Multical M 3 is a non water-miscible, solvent-free and wax-free calibration oil for calibration processes of demanding difficulty.
During a possible steam treatment of the parts there will be no coking residues or other negative influences on the surface of the sintered parts, provided that the steam treatment furnace is adjusted properly.
Multical M 3 is applied by spraying on the sinter metal parts. An oily film is built after the application. Due to the low viscosity the application by immersion is also possible – if sufficient time is provided to drain the excess oil.
