Application
Multiboard Strand 2100 is a highly efficient water-miscable concentrate to prepare a release agent for the wood panel industry. Typical application area is the production of OSB. The product ensures outstanding release characteristics while gluing process with isocyanate (PMDI) on press belts/plates even at low working concentrations. Multiboard Strand 2100 can be applied by spraying resp. rolling devices. Especially the application via a rolling device enables a very economical usage of the release agent.
Approvals
An approval from the application equipment manufacturer WEKO confirms Multiboard Strand 2100 the suitability for spraying. Multiboard Strand 2100 was tested by the Westland Gummiwerke against their elastomer materials and is successfully applied in use via roller application.
