Maximum process reliability from a single source—with Zeller Gmelin’s portfolio of cooling lubricants and services

At AMB 2026 in Stuttgart, Zeller Gmelin will present its comprehensive portfolio for the metalworking industry from September 15 to 19, 2026 , in Hall 8, Booth 8C76.

In addition to cooling lubricants, the focus is on full-service solutions for lubricant management. This is because modern machining fluids, smart fluid management, and excellent technical service go hand in hand.

In addition to water-miscible and non-water-miscible cooling lubricants, the company offers corrosion inhibitors, cleaning agents, and innovative solutions for comprehensive lubricant and fluid management. Customers benefit not only from high-quality products based on modern base oils, but also from comprehensive technical consulting, a reliable supply, and customized services related to the operation of their production facilities.

Customized Lubrication Solutions for Demanding Industries

The demands in the metalworking industry are constantly increasing. Maximum process reliability and component quality are crucial, particularly in the fields of semiconductor manufacturing, medical technology, the defense industry, and high-precision metalworking.

“With our in-house research and development department, we develop customized solutions for demanding industries. We offer lubricant solutions that are precisely tailored to our customers’ specific manufacturing processes and requirements,” says Thorsten Wechmann, product manager at Zeller Gmelin.

Full-Service Solutions for Efficient and Stable Manufacturing Processes

As a comprehensive solutions partner for all machine peripherals and a wide variety of machining processes, Zeller Gmelin supports its customers throughout the entire process chain—from the selection and development of suitable Lubricants, through process optimization, to fluid management, recycling, and digital monitoring.

Fluid management is handled by the subsidiary ZG Fluidmanagement GmbH . With a comprehensive range of services, the company supports users in the areas of fluid, filter, and equipment management. The goal is to systematically optimize cooling lubricant circuits, reduce downtime, and thereby maximize process reliability.

Digital Systems for the Future of Fluid Management

The digital solutions LABUS and ZG-Fluid-Check Pro will also be presented. The LABUS Service Portal and mobile app enable users to digitally manage lubricant samples, document laboratory analyses, and transparently evaluate process data. Automated reports, QR code-based identification, and global access to relevant operational data open up new possibilities for efficient, metrics-driven lubricant management.

Integrated Recycling Solutions with SÜDÖL

Another key component of the comprehensive overall strategy is our collaboration with our subsidiary, Südöl GmbH.

Südöl handles the proper collection and disposal of used oils and other workshop waste, and returns used machine and engine oils to the production cycle using modern recycling processes. By recovering high-quality base oils and fuels, valuable resources are conserved and material cycles are closed.

Visitors to AMB 2026 will gain a comprehensive insight into innovative lubricant technology, digital process monitoring, and holistic service concepts for the modern manufacturing industry at the Zeller Gmelin booth.
