Your tasks
- Independent processing and handling of the entire payroll accounting for all companies and all associated tasks
- Independent checking and maintenance of time management data and coordination with the departments
- Independent processing of entries and exits as well as changes in the employment relationship
- Independent support of the employee base (e.g. inquiries, eAU queries, certificates, processing of attachments)
- Independent accounting and processing of pension payments and equalization levy for severely disabled persons
- Implementation of digitization measures in the HR area
- Processing statistics (e.g. for the employers’ association, earnings surveys)
- Determination of personnel-related provisions
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training, further training as a payroll specialist an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Sound knowledge of wage tax/social security law and the Working Hours Act as well as good knowledge of labor law
- Strong communication skills and service orientation, initiative, ability to work independently, ability to work in a team and willingness to take on responsibility
- Confident handling of the MS Office package and IT-based HR tools/systems
- German level min. C1, English level min. B2
