Your tasks
- Management of the “Lubricating greases” team
- Optimization of existing and development of new products in the supported product area, taking into account the following aspects: Quality, efficiency, safety, future market development, legal and other regulations
- Representation of the company in relevant specialist committees and associations, at technical and scientific events
- Conducting training courses for customers and trading partners
- Cross-departmental improvement of processes
- Supervision of trainees in the area of R&D in coordination with the trainer
- Supporting the sales department with the introduction and support of products in Germany and abroad
Your profile
- Completed studies as a chemist or chemical engineer
- Knowledge of the formulation and application of lubricating greases
- Independent and autonomous way of working
- Enjoy dealing with people and working in a team
- Willingness to travel
- Foreign language skills, at least very good knowledge of English
- Experienced with the common MS Office programs
