Your tasks
- Independent processing of customer, sales partner and field service inquiries and competent provision of product, service and order information
- Independent processing of orders, including coordinating deadlines in consultation with logistics, handling complaints and returns and processing the WA control center
- Independent identification of customer problems and provision of suitable solutions
- Independent recording/evaluation/monitoring of rolling sales plan figures, taking into account sales volumes and inventory development, as well as participation in the annual planning rounds
- Selbstständige Überprüfung/Optimierung der übergreifenden Prozesse, Kommunikation mit Schnittstellen
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, further training as a specialist or business economist an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in international customer service
- High level of understanding of the interaction between market dynamics, customer needs and corporate strategy
- Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high degree of initiative and commitment
- Interdisciplinary thinking & acting, high resilience
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor and conflict management
- Confident handling of the MS Office package and high affinity for IT systems/applications
- German level min. C1, English level min. B2
