Accounts Receivable Management (m/f/d)

Posting incoming payments, monitoring receivables due dates, dunning, creating new accounts receivable, communicating with law firms

Your tasks

  • Booking incoming payments, account clarification and order release and sparring partner for sales
  • Monitoring of receivables due and dunning process
  • New customer creation and maintenance of master data
  • Determination of the value adjustment for the monthly and annual financial statements
  • Communication with law firms regarding dunning and enforcement notices/insolvency proceedings
  • Monitoring/processing of bonus contracts with customers, further development of internal processes

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • First professional experience in a comparable position
  • Good knowledge of sales tax law
  • Reliability and a high degree of assertiveness, ability to work in a team and initiative
  • Confident handling of the MS Office package
  • Good knowledge of English is an advantage
