Divinol SynthoHyd Eco 46 successfully used in the forestry sector

Our customer, Friedrich Umwelt GmbH, is a modern service company that stands for sustainable concepts in the forestry sector. In addition to forestry and gardening work, Friedrich Umwelt GmbH offers large-scale demolition, earthworks and concrete construction projects and relies on state-of-the-art machinery. To ensure maximum efficiency, high-tech machines such as harvesters, skidders, tracked excavators and trucks are used.

Since its foundation in 2010, Friedrich Umwelt GmbH has pursued the goal of keeping environmental pollution to a minimum. A key aspect of this is the use of state-of-the-art technologies and machines that enable the recycling of building materials. The long-standing partnership with Zeller+Gmelin is also particularly important to Friedrich. Zeller+Gmelin lubricants are used successfully in all areas of the company.

However, for Johannes Friedrich, Managing Director of Friedrich Umwelt GmbH, it is not only the performance of the machines that plays a role. The sustainability of the lubricants used is particularly important. “Environmentally friendly oils are mandatory in forestry in particular,” he explains. In order to meet the strict legal requirements and at the same time protect the environment, Friedrich Umwelt GmbH relies on Divinol SynthoHyd Eco 46, a product that not only impresses with its excellent miscibility with used oils, but also with its durability and environmental compatibility. Economic benefits, such as reduced maintenance costs and protection against breakdowns caused by burst hoses or pump damage, make a decisive contribution to extending the service life of the machines and ensuring their operational reliability.

The requirements for lubricants are particularly high in environmentally sensitive areas of application. The products must be biodegradable and must not pollute the environment. With Divinol SynthoHyd Eco 46, he can meet these high requirements. “The oil is based on polyalphaolefin, which makes it particularly compatible and versatile,” explains Markus Deil, long-standing partner and dealer of Zeller+Gmelin.

Another quality feature of Zeller+Gmelin lubricants for Friedrich Umwelt GmbH is the continuous monitoring and analysis by the company’s own laboratories. Friedrich Umwelt GmbH regularly uses this opportunity to check the quality of the lubricants used and to be able to react to potential problems at an early stage. “This close cooperation enables us to prevent potential failures and maximize the service life of our machines,” explains Managing Director Johannes Friedrich.
